Better Call Saul is finally returning to AMC with a sixth and final season consisting of 13 episodes. The final season of Better Call Saul premieres on April 18 with weekly episodes airing on AMC. After a brief hiatus, the series will air the last six episodes from June 11.

Season 5 finale saw Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) survive a murder attempt ordered by Gus Fringe (Giancarlo Esposito). Nacho Varga (Michael Mando) is on the run after betraying the Cartel and it seems Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks)is on his way to becoming Gus Fringe’s general. Meanwhile, Jim (Bob Odenkirk) and Kim (Rhea Seehorn) are the next potential targets for the cartel, In addition, it seems Howard (Patrick Fabian) has decided to build a case against Jimmy to bar him from the law.

With season 6, we are getting closer to key events in the Breaking Bad timeline, so it’s safe to assume that we will get several connections and perhaps even some old reprisals.
